Return & Refund Policy

We’re committed to providing a valuable and flexible experience for all participants. Please review the following policies:

Program Cancellations & Missed Classes

• You may cancel your registration within 48 hours after attending the first session and receive a refund minus the non-refundable registration fee.

• After this window, no prorated refunds will be issued.

• Participants who miss a session may request two (2) makeup sessions, subject to availability and scheduling.

Kit Returns

• Kits may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The kit is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The return is requested within 5 days of delivery

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the kit was damaged or incorrect

• Opened or used kits are not eligible for return.

• Replacement kits for damaged or missing items may be offered on a case-by-case basis.
